Step 1: Who May Apply

Visual, performing, media or literary artists who are:

• At least 21 years of age by the application deadline

• Kansas residents with a Kansas address who have lived in the state full-time for at least two years prior to the application deadline.

The following are ineligible for this program:

• Artists enrolled in high school

• Artists enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral arts-related, degree-granting program as of the application deadline

• Kansas Arts Commissioners and staff.

Application Deadline:
5:00 pm, December 10, 2010, or until all qualified applicant spaces are filled
