Internships
Lawrence Arts Center
Lawrence Arts Center Interns are an important part of the team of people who make the LAC Possible. Each brings unique perspectives, ideas and life experiences to the LAC. Interns have the opportunity to work with artists, education directors, Business Operations Director, Development Director, Executive Director, Technical Theatre Director, administrative staff, 94 teachers, dance professionals and professional actors. Additionally, one thousand volunteers participate throughout the year and volunteers staff the gallery shop on a weekly basis.
Lawrence Arts Center internships provide students with an opportunity to train and to perform professional duties in a practical hands-on application of theoretical knowledge gained in classes.
Interested applicants should email a résumé and cover letter to lacadmin@sunflower.com with the title of the internship opportunity in which they are interested as the subject line.
