During the period of time covered by the Grant Contract, the grantee must notify the Commission office in writing of any major changes in the grant activity or a change of the authorizing official. These may include, but are not limited to, changes in program, administrative or artistic personnel, budget, program description, program dates and scope of operations. The authorizing official must send a letter on organizatonal letterhead to the Kansas Arts Commission describing any changes in the program or project. The Commission should be notified before any of these changes occur, if possible. If not possible, the Commission must be notified as soon as possible after the change occurs. |
