Kansas Arts Commission Staff
The Kansas Arts Commission staff is available to assist applicants in preparing their applications and to guide them through the process. We strongly suggest that applicants call the Commission office and speak with a program manager before applying. The program managers will help clarify requirements and deadlines and will answer questions about the programs. They can also assist in grant-writing hints and techniques. Consultation with or advance grant review by a program manager does not guarantee that any application will be funded. Program managers assist and guide applicants, but the actual approval and funding of applications are subject to the restrictions and rules of each grant program.
Even if you apply annually, you may wish to talk to Commission staff to clarify changes that have been made.
