and Cultural Organizations
The application deadline for Operational Support Grants has passed. Revised guidelines for fiscal year 2010 will be available January 5, 2009, and the deadline to receive applications is March 5, 2009. Grant workshops will be held in January 2009.

The Kansas Arts Commission supports the ongoing operations of arts and cultural organizations.
Through operational support grants, the Commission offers financial assistance to nonprofit arts and cultural organizations with at least a three-year history of incorporation or operation as an independent entity. The award is based upon a percentage of the organization’s projected expense budget and the amount of funds available for distribution in this program category.
