Partnership Agreement Grant Program Guidelines

Step 3: Grant Application Deadline

The deadline for submitting Fiscal Year 2012 Partnership Agreement Grant applications is 5:00 pm, on April 7, 2011. All applications must arrive at the Kansas Arts Commission office by 5:00 pm on the deadline date.

Drafts may be submitted for staff review until March 24, 2011. All applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a draft. Draft review by staff does not guarantee funding. Materials received after the draft deadline will be considered an official application submission.

All applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a draft or consult the Kansas Arts Commission executive director prior to applying for this grant. Draft review does not guarantee funding.

The Kansas Arts Commission is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Kansas Arts Commission staff will notify applicants of receipt of application.
