Partnership Agreement Grant Program Guidelines

Step 1: Who May Apply

  • A nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization.

  • A local, regional or state government agency.

  • An institution connected to a Kansas university or college that has three-year history of community-oriented programming not connected with the curriculum of the university or college. Kansas college and university foundations or endowments may also apply.

Organizations or agencies submitting proposals must have:

  • A functioning, independent board of directors or advisors (does not apply to an agency of the State of Kansas).

  • A demonstrated expertise in an area identified as a priority in the Kansas Arts Commission’s current strategic plan.

Organizations or agencies must also meet eligibility requirements and grant restrictions. For more information, please see All Applicants.
