Mr. Cello Stories

Steven Elisha performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician. He has been recognized by Janos Starker as a cellist “in the front ranks of his generation’s musicians.” Steven’s New York debut at Carnegie’s Weil Recital Hall drew critcal acclaim from the New York Concert Review for his “lightning swift left hand and deft bow arm.”

Steven has performed with the Beijing Central Philharmonic, Toledo and Cleveland Chamber Symphonies. In addition, he has given recitals and master classes throughout Israel, China, Norway, Europe and the United States. He has also recorded for a Grammy-nominated CD of New England piano trios. Currently, Steven is the director of string studies at Wahsburn University.

Performance Fees
  • Solo recital: $4,000
  • Concerto with orchestra: $4,000
  • Master class: $500 (in conjunction with recital)
  • Mr. Cello Stories-$500 ($250 for each additional performance).
  • Mots-Arte: $1,500 (Chamber poetry)
  • Residencies: $550 (per day, 2-day minimum)
