Next Generation Leaders Speak Out, produced in partnership by CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Meyer Foundation and Idealist.org, demonstrates that while a large percentage of young nonprofit workers aspire to be nonprofit
