Step 2: Application Deadline and Notification
Application Deadline
The program manager is available to review application drafts until Thursday, September 2, 2010. Staff review does not guarantee acceptance to the Roster. Contact the program manager for more information. Applications must have an official US postal service postmark no later than Thursday, September 23, 2010. Metered mail is not acceptable as a postmark.
Hand-delivered applications, applications delivered by Federal Express or UPS or other private mail services or applications mailed for overnight delivery must arrive in the Kansas Arts Commission office by 5:00 pm on the deadline date. The Commission is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
Applicants should confirm receipt of the application by the Commission.

Notification
Applicants will receive notification of Fiscal Year 2012 Roster appointment by email after the Commission ratifies the advisory panel recommendations.
The Fiscal Year 2012 Roster will be posted online in January 2011 in conjunction with the Fiscal Year 2012 Kansas Arts on Tour Presenter Grant Guidelines. |
